1974 Dodge Challenger

I have a lot more pictures on ebay motors. 1974 DODGE CHALLENGER, shaker hood, 360 engine, automatic transmission, disc brakes front, power steering, Cooper tires and new wheels, Flow Master mufflers. HEAD LIGHTS WORK! TAIL LIGHTS WORK! TURN SIGNALS WORK, EVEN INDICATORS ON FENDERS! BRAKE LIGHTS WORK! MARKER LIGHTS WORK! DOME LIGHT NOT WORKING! TACHOMETER WORKS! WINDSHIELD WIPERS WORK1 HEATER BLOWER WORKS! OIL PRESSURE GAUGE WORKS! HORN NOT WORKING! SPEEDOMETER NOT WORKING! RADIO WORKS AND SOUNDS GOOD! HEATER BLOWER WORKS! GAS GAUGE NEED NEW SENDING UNIT! HOW IS THE BODY AS FAR AS RUST PROBLEMS? I consider it good, floors have no holes that I see, 2 bottoms of floor pans have been replaced with correct ones. No thick under coating, so you can see the sub frames and metal, not detailed beautiful, but solid. Sub frames have frame connectors, this is a good thing. HOW IS THE PAINT? Its a good bright red, probably not the original color, but door jambs have been painted slick. I see no dents or dings and the shine is good. Body is straight when I look down the sides. It shine good, but like most all could use more buffing, I consider it good paint. HOW IS THE INTERIOR? Cloth interior, looks to be the original style, Its good, but not new, good head liner, good dash pad, good carpet, some marks on the plastic door panels, but decent and very usable. IS THIS A REAL RALLYE AND ORIGINAL SHAKER HOOD? I’m no expert, but my guess is no, but maybe. The same hood fits 1970 through 1974 so they are re-produced. It does have the H in the VIN indicating the High Price Challenger. I put a pic of the cowl tag on my pictures, do your reserch. HOW ARE THE BRAKES? Good to me, disc in front and drums in rear, no power booster. Parking brake works. HOW IS THE CHROME? Good bumpers, stainless nice, few pits on door handles. HOW IS THE GLASS? Good clear windshield with no marks, other windows good. HOW ARE THE TIRES AND WHEELS? New looking Cooper tires, 245/45/17 front and 275/40/17 in rear. Wheels look like new, they are 17s and the cast aluminum versions of the factory Rallyes. HOW IS THE ENGINE? Car was born with a 318, past owner said this was a 360. It runs good, I hear no knocks or rattles. It has plenty of power, and sounds good with headers and Flow Master mufflers. It does have a mild cam, just right for me. It starts good. HOW IS THE TRANSMISSION? Its a good shifting 727 Torque Flite automatic. It has a B&M Quick Silver floor shifter. THIS IS A NICE CAR, ITS NO ROLL OUT OF THE TRAILER SHOW QUEEN.
