1965 Chevy El Camino
As a sign of the time, this week a 1965 Chevy El Camino was chosen as the Deal of the Day on the internet by Cars-On-Line.com. It was selected from among a choice list of desirable collector cars being offered for sale by a “coronavirus pandemic” influenced car community. It is an indication that prices in the collector car hobby are getting weaker during the coronavirus outbreak.
The world is changing faster than we ever could imagine. The prices you will be seeing in the collector car market today are the best we’ve ever seen on some really nice cars. Here is a 1965 Chevy El Camino from New York that will amaze you. It is, of course, just a driver class car / truck but what a great price point. The ad copy tells us it has an NOM 327 4-barrel with a 4-speed manual transmission. They say the paint is about four years old with no cracks, dings, dents or scratches. This would be a great one to have inspected so you get a good condition report on it. But hurry. It will be featured as the Deal of the Day on Saturday. The asking price is only $9,795. Wow!
Each week Cars-On-Line.com previews the top bargain priced cars in their weekly newsletter. Their popular feature which they call the Deal of the Day may be seen on the front page of their site (desktop version only, not mobile.) The Deal of the Day cars for the week are previewed in their Friday newsletter for the coming week. Often these cars sell in the newsletter before they even make it to the home page! You’ll always see them in the newsletter first, though. Follow this link to see all of the Deals of the Day for the coming week.
